Before I share the pictures, let me tell you a little bit about our newest addition...
She came with the name "Hoover" and Dave surprised me with her this weekend. I was a little unsure at first, but now I'm completely won over. Luke went with him to pick her out.
She loves to roll around on the floor and her favorite thing to do is pick up the tiniest crumbs she can find, which is great since there is usually enough food particles under our table after a meal to feed a small nation. She's a lovely copper and black color and not too noisy, though is kind of heavy.
Now for the pictures:

Seriously though, I'm glad Dave spared me more hours of research to find the "perfect" vacuum. My favorite thing about this vacuum "dirt finder" sensor. I love when that red light turns from "red" to "green" indicating that our floors are devoid of any offending particles. Hopefully, she won't break apart as quickly as our other vacuum.
Speaking of which. The incident which really prompted us to get a replacement (other than the fact that the power head didn't work and most of the attachement had some broken parts) is that Reese tried to suction up a bucketful of water. Boy was he surprised when the water came leaking out of the vacuum cleaner! Thankfully he didn't get electrocuted. But since that incident, the vacuum made the house smell like damp basement whenever we used it.
