Sometimes it's hard to find the time to post consistently...not surprising, I guess, with three small ones running around. I could start the first post of the New Year with a recap of last year and what we're looking forward to this year, but I'll break from "tradition" and start with completely random things...
The first is that I've been thinking about something to include in the signature part of my emails. I was thinking Scripture, but nothing was hitting me right. Then, I found a perfect quote in the book of Heidi of all places which holds some great theology...when I have more time, I'll look up the Bible verses it speaks to. Here's the quote: "We must go on praying for everything, for everything, so that God may know we do not forget that it all comes from Him. If we forget God, then He lets us go our own way and we get into trouble...And if He does not give us what we ask for we must not think that He has not heard us and leave off praying, but we must still pray and say, I am sure, dear God, that Thou art keeping something better for me, and I will not be unhappy, for I know that Thous wilt make everything right in the end." Our bathroom/bedroom redo is nearing completion. I'll save the photos until everything is in place. Dave is doing a great job in repainting the bedroom and finishing up the bathroom. The man has skill!
