Well, much has been written and I have yet to contribute so much as a syllable. It's time to add some updates as seen through my eyes.
1) Brianna is our timid little soul who talks the talk but has trouble walking the walk. She was all excited about being enrolled in swim lessons - Pike and Eel - but hesitated mightily at week one when she had to let go of my hand and actually walk to the side of the pool. Now in week six, she's no longer timid but must turn around and check-in with daddy every time she completes an exercise and returns to sitting on the side. She's funny.
2) Reese ... what can we say about our little man Reese. How 'bout this - If we don't find something for that boy to do outside the house during winter, our nice brick colonial will be reduced to dust within three years. He is all kinetic. Once he's in motion, watch out. His vocabulary and deductive reasoning skills are coming along very nicely. Just last week he announced that I could take him to the ice cream store while Mommy, Brianna and Reese vacuumed and played downstairs. What a guy.
3) Luke is nuttier than squirrel poop. He just absorbs everything around him, loves to feed himself and imitates his brother and sister to a "t." Our little "Lukie Bear" sings to himself when waking up in the morning. He hasn't been an ounce of problem since we brought him home 16 months ago but his is a real nutcase.
I've taught Reese and Luke to check Andrea's bum for poop. It's quite funny. I hope to capture this on camera very soon.
