Mmmm Mmmm Good

It's so hard to eat healthy these days given convenience foods, sketchy farming/production processes (case in point, many people who are in the meat packing industry no longer eat meat!), hormones, antibiotics, trans fats, high fructose corn syrup... Here are some recipes and resources which rate high on the health and tasty good factor.

My favorite site for checking out new recipes is Whole Foods Market. So far, their Black Bean Burritos top the list as my favorite. Check out the selection and let us know in the comments section what you've discovered as your new favorite.
